Who we are
Asas ISO ("we", "us") provides ISO management-systems training to organizations across the GCC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you use our contact, quote, assessment, or guide-download forms, we collect what you provide directly — typically your name, work email, company, role, and WhatsApp number, plus any message or answers you enter. We do not ask for payment card details, national ID numbers, or other sensitive data through these forms.
How we use your information
We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare a training quote, send the assessment or guide PDF you requested, and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to why you contacted us.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site: Airtable to store contact and lead records, and Resend to deliver the emails our forms trigger (auto-replies, PDF attachments, our internal notifications). Once analytics is enabled, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own marketing.

Data retention
We keep enquiry and lead records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, and we remove data on request where we are not required to keep it for legitimate business or legal reasons.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
