About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or book training with Asas ISO. By requesting a quote or confirming a booking, you agree to them.
Our services
We deliver ISO management-systems training — awareness, internal auditor, implementation, and custom in-house programs — onsite across the GCC and online. Pricing is quote-based and depends on standard, format, group size, delivery mode, and location; we do not publish a fixed price list because a generic number would not reflect your actual program.
Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote, typically against invoice terms with a deposit to hold the date and the balance due around delivery. Exact terms are set out in your quote, not in fine print added later.
Certificates
Trainees who complete a course receive a certificate of completion confirming the training was delivered. This is not the same as ISO certification for your organization, which can only be issued by an accredited certification body auditing your management system directly.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Training materials
Course materials remain the intellectual property of Asas ISO (or the relevant rights holder) and are provided for the use of your organization's trainees. They should not be resold or redistributed outside your organization without our agreement.
Liability
We deliver training with reasonable care and skill, based on the information you give us about your context. We are not liable for outcomes outside our control, including decisions made by third-party certification or accreditation bodies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you confirm a booking applies to that booking.
