Cancelling a confirmed booking
If you need to cancel, the outcome depends on timing. Cancellations made with reasonable notice before the session are generally eligible for a full refund or can be moved to a later date at no penalty. Cancellations made very close to the session date may forfeit some or all of a deposit, since trainer time and materials are already committed by that point.
Rescheduling
We are generally flexible about moving a confirmed session to a new date, especially with reasonable notice. Let us know as soon as your dates change — the earlier we hear, the easier it is to find a new slot that works.
If we need to cancel or reschedule
On the rare occasion we need to cancel or reschedule a session — for example, trainer illness or an unavoidable conflict — we will contact you as early as possible with alternative dates. Any amount you have already paid will carry forward to the new date or be refunded in full, at your choice.
How refunds are processed
Where a refund is due, we process it back to the original payment method or account used, within a reasonable time of the cancellation being confirmed.

Because bookings vary in format and lead time, the specific notice periods and any deposit terms that apply to your program are confirmed in writing at the quote stage — so there are no surprises after you commit.
